Starring: , ,

Diabolical Dr. Vulcan causes the deaths of Professors Drake (Dale Van Sickel) and Millard (James Craven)of Science Associates, a privately-operated desert research project. The 'accidents' attract the attention of Glenda Thomas (Mae Clarke), photographer for Miracle Science Magazine. She visits the project and is placated by Burt Winslow('House Peters Jr'), publicity director, and Jeff King (Tristram Coffin'), a project member. Later, Jeff is attacked by two of Vulcan's henchmen and he routs them. Jeff visits a remote cave where he has been hiding Professor Millard, whose life was miraculously saved. Millard shows him a rocket-powered flying suit which he and Jeff have perfected. When needed, Jeff dons the suit and, as the mysterious Rocket Man, thwarts endless sinister plans of Dr. Vulcan to get control of Science Associates' devices which, if controlled by the wrong party, could easily wreak world disaster. Vulcan, a member of Science Assocaites, using an alias, gets possession of a powerful Decimator, capable of disintegrating rock strata, and plans to use it to destroy New York City if the mayor refuses to meet his billion dollar ransom demand.
